 When brewed, this coffee produces a cup with a medium body and a pleasant sweetness. Notes of milk chocolate and caramel dominate the palate, while a hint of fruitiness adds a  subtle complexity to the overall taste. The acidity is medium,  providing a satisfying finish that lingers on the tongue.
